1) Acquire a deep understanding of Accred Eligibility (Accred Ops 103) with a focus on Health Plan Accreditation.
2) Identify what entity is doing the work
3) Know how to read the HPA Standards & Guidelines and recognize the information that will be most important to the prospect (look back periods, must-pass, core elements, standard structure, etc.)
4) Know how to walk customer through the publication and highlight this crucial information
